6. Shipping & Delivery

PAPITA.co ships within the UAE, GCC, MENA region, and globally to most countries. However, we do not ship to any country currently subject to UAE, US, EU, or international trade sanctions or embargoes. Orders placed from or destined to such restricted regions will be not be accepted, automatically cancelled.

Local UAE Deliveries:

  • Standard delivery: 2–3 working days.
  • Express delivery options may be available in select areas.

International Deliveries:

  • Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and collected when placing the order.
  • Delivery timelines vary by country (typically 6–9 working days).
  • PAPITA.co is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or local courier inefficiencies.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • PAPITA.co does not ship to or accept payment from customers in sanctioned jurisdictions or individuals flagged under International or UAE sanctions laws.

We aim to deliver your order promptly, but shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery Policy


a. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed immediately, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Orders placed after working hours or on holidays are processed the next business day. Our working hours are 10.00 am to 10.00 pm UAE time.

b. Shipping Within the UAE

  • 23 Hours Express Delivery (Same or Next Day): Available in all major UAE cities.
  • Get Fast in 3 Hours Express Option: Available for select items and Dubai delivery zones (charges may apply).
  • Standard FREE Shipping : 2-3 business days across UAE.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are displayed at checkout and vary based on delivery location and item.

c. International Shipping (Global)


We ship worldwide via trusted logistics partners (DHL, EMX, etc.). You can reach out to their local addresses for your delivery queries at any time.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • GCC Countries: 3–6 business days
  • Global: 6–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local logistics conditions, or unforeseen delays.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or local taxes, depending on your country.
  • These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient during or before delivery.
  • PAPITA.co is not responsible for any such charges, delays, or refusals at customs.
We recommend contacting your local customs authority for an accurate estimate before placing your order.

d. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your package through the logistics partner’s portal at any time.

e. Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address with proper contact details, telephone number with country code
  • Failed delivery due to incorrect information or missed attempts may result in reshipping charges.
  • If undelivered items are returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional fees may apply).

f. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels

  • If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We’ll assist in filing claims with the courier, if and wherever applicable, issue refunds or replacements per our Return & Refund Policy. A claim is subject to the terms & conditions of the logistics company, and PAPITA.co has no say or responsibility in this.
PAPITA.co is not responsible for delays or losses caused by events beyond our control, including customs clearance, flight disruptions, weather conditions, or regional issues.
7. International Duties & Taxes

For orders delivered outside the UAE:

  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes (if applicable) are not included in your order amount.
  • These must be paid by the recipient upon arrival in the destination country.
  • PAPITA.co does not have control over these charges and is not liable for any related delays or costs. 
Failure to pay duties/taxes may result in package return or destruction. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
8. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

We offer a hassle free 7 days return policy on our returnable** products. If you do not like a product, you can return them in the same condition of receipt, the product or products should not be opened, activated, used or damaged in any manner.

**used, activated, opened, damaged packaging, damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged. Product tags and original packing must be intact to avail return/exchange.

A. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped, by emailing us at [email protected] with your order number.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

B. Return Policy (Local UAE & Global)


We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible returnable products. Items must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in original condition.
  • Packaged with all original tags, manuals, accessories, and sealed packaging intact.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened, used, activated, or damaged items.
  • Hygiene-sensitive or personal-use items.
  • Products marked non-returnable on the website.

Return Process:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return and proper pictures of the product in original condition.

Reverse Pickup Service:

  • UAE: Reverse pickup available. Fees may apply.
  • International: Customers must self-ship. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
 Alternatively, we can assist with a reverse pickup at actual courier cost, which will be deducted from the final refund.
 We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent without our approval.

C. Refunds

  • Once the returned item passes quality inspection, the refund is processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method only.
  • Shipping charges, COD fees, customs duties, or taxes are non-refundable.

D. Additional Notes

  • Returns made without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are not applicable for any import duties/taxes incurred by the customer.
  • Product exchanges depend on stock availability and are treated as a new order.
9. Force Majeure Clause

PAPITA.co shall not be held liable for delays, non-performance, or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods)
  • Acts of war or terrorism
  • Government regulations or embargoes
  • Labor strikes or supply chain disruptions
  • Global pandemics or customs delays


No compensation or liability will be provided in such instances.

10. Warranty, Extended Warranty & Product Support

Manufacturer’s Warranty

  • Products sold on PAPITA.co are brand-new, sealed, and sourced from authorized distributors or manufacturers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Warranty coverage (if any) is mentioned on the product page. It may vary by brand, product type, and customer location.
  • Some warranties are manufacturer-based only, in which case the customer must contact the brand directly for support.

Important:

  • PAPITA.co is not liable for warranty rejections by global or local service centers.
  • In case of any issue, our support team will assist you in connecting with the respective brand’s service center.

Extended Warranty Service from PAPITA

PAPITA offers extended warranty for 1 year, 2 years and 3 years.

Extended Warranty Terms & Conditions

Coverage Period: The extended warranty provides coverage for one, two or three years beyond the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty.

What is covered? Offers coverage for repair costs, including labor and spare parts, for manufacturing defects for an additional one, two or three years after the manufacturer’s warranty ends. Please note that your device includes a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
  • Damage resulting from natural disasters or environmental factors.

Limitations of Liability: Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai Courts)

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Service Add-On: The extended warranty is a service add-on that you have agreed to purchase during the checkout process.

Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, customers must:

Provide proof of purchase and warranty documentation. Contact our customer service department to initiate the claim. Enjoy the freedom of unlimited repair claims, ensuring your devices operate at peak performance.

Beyond Repair: In instances where a device is considered by the manufacturers service center beyond repair, you will receive a replacement with a depreciation value ranging from 25% to 40%, taking into account wear and tear, duration of use, and market dynamics.

11. Payments, Duties & Tax Disclaimer

Payment Methods


We accept payments via:

  • Credit/Debit cards Domestic & International
  • UAE cash-on-delivery (COD) service
  • Local & certain International Buy Now Pay Later services
  • Other regional and international gateways as available
  • 0% Installment payment programs for Local or Internal Banks as & when added – available

Import Duties, Taxes & Fees (Outside UAE):

  • All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees as per local laws of the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in the order total.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the customer to clear, pay, and handle all such costs.
PAPITA.co and Papita Trading LLC are not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional costs arising from customs clearance.
12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • PAPITA.co and Papita Trading LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
    • Loss of profits or revenue
    • Delay or inability to use the product
    • Shipping delays, customs seizures, or loss of access due to regulatory rules
  • Our total liability for any claim, regardless of form or cause, is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.

PAPITA.co PROTECT offers 1-Year Accidental Screen & Liquid Damage Protection for eligible products priced at AED 300 and above. Please read all terms and conditions carefully.

This service is completely free and exclusive to PAPITA.co customers.
No fees. Zero depreciation. No processing charges.

Valid only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The incident must have occurred within the UAE.

Coverage Details:

Your device is covered for accidental screen and liquid damage for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

The maximum claim amount for screen or liquid damage repair or replacement is AED 500.

If the repair cost exceeds AED 500, the customer is responsible for paying the remaining balance.

If the device is beyond repair, a maximum claim of AED 500 will be provided, which may be used toward the purchase of a new product.

Each eligible product is entitled to one (1) claim only during the coverage period.

Processing & Claims:

The processing time for standard claims is 10–12 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

The customer is responsible for delivering the product to and collecting it from our store.

Fast-Track Support (optional paid service): For a small fee, we offer priority processing of your repair or replacement under PAPITA.co PROTECT.

The claimant must provide proof of purchase (invoice) when filing a claim.

Exclusions:

PAPITA.co PROTECT does not cover:
Intentional, cosmetic, or aesthetic damage.
Loss, theft, or missing parts.
Damage caused by unauthorized third-party service providers.
Normal wear and tear or performance issues unrelated to screen or liquid damage.
Accessories, chargers, and other non-device items.

General Conditions:

This service is provided by Papita Trading LLC.

Papita Trading LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel this service if misuse, false reporting, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

The maximum liability under PAPITA.co PROTECT shall not exceed AED 500 per product, whether in the form of repair, replacement, or cash equivalent.

PAPITA.co PROTECT covers accidental damage only — intentional, cosmetic, theft, loss, or third-party service damage are not covered.

Coverage is valid only within the UAE, and the incident must occur in the UAE.

This protection is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

In case of any dispute, the decision of Papita Trading LLC shall be final.

Papita Trading LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate this service at any time without prior notice.

29. Order Verification & Fraud Prevention Policy

At PAPITA, the safety and security of our customers are of the utmost importance. To protect against unauthorized transactions and fraudulent activities, we reserve the right to place certain orders on hold for manual verification. In some cases, your order may be refused or canceled.

In such situations, customers may be required to:

  • Confirm the transaction by responding to our verification email with a written YES/NO, acknowledging the purchase and the charged amount.
  • Provide proof of identity by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID. This helps us verify that it is indeed you who placed the order on PAPITA.co.

Verify the payment method by sharing a clear image of the front side only of the credit/debit card used. This confirms that you are the authorized cardholder and fully aware of the transaction. Customers are strongly advised to obscure sensitive card details (e.g., CVV and part of the card number) before submission.

For third-party payments (e.g., from a family member or known person), we may also require:

  • A valid photo ID of the cardholder.
  • A photo of the card used (front side only).
  • A signed statement from the cardholder authorizing the transaction.

Failure to provide the requested documents within 3 working days may result in automatic cancellation of the order, and a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Disclaimer


Submission of documents for verification purposes is entirely at the customer’s discretion and risk. While we take reasonable measures to handle all customer data securely, Papita Trading LLC shall not be held liable for any loss, misuse, or unauthorized access of information shared during the verification process. Limitation of Liability
