How long is my device covered under PAPITA.co PROTECT?
Your device is covered for one year from the date of purchase, whether bought from our store(s) or website.

All repairs are handled by authorized service centers to ensure the highest quality.
Will I be informed about how my device was handled?
Yes, absolutely. We will share a detailed report ensuring you have full transparency on the work done and how your device was handled.
How long will it take to repair my device?
You can expect your device back within 10-12 business days, but the exact time depends on the authorized service center and may vary based on specific circumstances. If you have paid for Fast-Track Support then we will ensure your device is fixed immediately without delays.
How many times can I repair my device?
You can repair your device once, up to the total claim value of AED 500 only within the period of one year.
What would happen in the case that my device was totally damaged or non-functional?
Please note that in cases of total damage where the device is non-functional or beyond repair, a maximum claim of AED 500 will be provided. You may use this amount toward the purchase of a new product.

PAPITA.co PROTECT offers 1-Year Accidental Screen & Liquid Damage Protection is applicable for all customers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and for all PAPITA.co global online shoppers also. Valid for repair only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The device must be physically sent to our store in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) for repairs. The customer is responsible for delivering the product to and collecting it from our store.
